Two Day Project Time Lapse
Little Beaver Creek Stabilization and Habitat Enhancement
A short section of stream bank was rapidly eroding due to lack of vegetation and a history of uncontrolled livestock grazing. Roughly 80 linear feet of toe wood was installed to stop further bank deterioration and improve aquatic habitat. A bankfull bench was established and seeded with a region specific riparian seed mix. Additional riparian planting was done at a later date.
